Our facility
Built in 2012, our 3600m2 manufacturing premises is based in Colac, Victoria and comprises of several sections from reo fabrication to formwork manufacturing, concrete product fabrication and storage/loadout. With the incorporation of a 20-ton overhead gantry and several mobile cranes onsite we are able to handle the heaviest of precast works.
We manufacture precast concrete panels, retaining walls, cattle underpasses, fences, shelters, underground storage, and bridges from our base in Colac. We also build precast concrete homes and Architectural precast concrete in almost endless finishes and patterns.
Precast concrete panels have a high quality finish that can be left exposed allowing your building to benefit from the unique thermal properties of concrete. Precast panels are made for long term durability, requiring little maintenance to preserve the original look and will not rust, corrode or fade.
Precast concrete panels are perfect to use for building factories and warehouses, wine cellars and thermal storage and are not only long-lasting but will not rust or erode over time. From building panels for housing to multi-story unit construction, retaining walls, suspended floor panels – the applications for precast panels are endless.
At Otway Precast all our precast constructions are cured on site in Colac, transported to construction sites in Victoria and lifted into place. We have 40 plus years of experience in the precast concrete industry and have the knowledge to provide you with the information and services you require.
