Architectural precast panels set University of Ballarat – Tech College apart

Otway Precast completed works on the University of Ballarat – Tech College in 2013. The University’s tech precinct featured a double-stacked ribbed finish on façade of the building and internal lift and stair core.

A Reckli rubber form liner gives the precast concrete panels its pattern. The patterned panels give the building extra depth and sets it apart from a plain factory style building.

We are extremely proud of this architectural design for the University of Ballarat.
