Bluewater Fitness Centre redevelopment with Otway Precast in Colac

Otway Precast worked with BDH Constructions and DWP Suters Architects on the redevelopment of the Bluewater Fitness Centre in Colac. The completed project features 30 precast panels with a rebated circular design. Alternating panels on the base level also feature a circular louvre design which allows airflow throughout the stadium.

The new three-court stadium is a stand-out precast panel design, which wraps around the entire stadium.
